Folklore

Gilding flakes,Micro Beads,Double side Adhesive sheet and a Mask is all you need to create this background.Peel the backing off one side of the Adhesive sheet, lay mask on adhesive(if you have a more solid mask then ink the back with Perfect Medium before laying onto the Adhesive Sheet. This will aid removal of mask) and cover with Gilding flakes rubbing in with a soft brush making sure you obtain clean edges around the pattern of the mask before removing.Peel away mask and then cover the remaining area with Micro Beads.Your topper is then ready to embellish. Here we have used a stamped image.

The small flower embellishments are a stamp from the set.Stamp several flowers ,colour, cut out and layer together to give dimension.

The background has been created in the same way as the card above, but using a different colour Gilding Flakes.Using clear  Micro Beads will allow the background cardstock colour to show through.Again the card has been embellished with a Flower, but this time it has been die-cut using a Die.

Grains of Thoughtfulness.......

We have created these Cards with inspiration from Jane Gill who designed the stamp.Shadow stamping has been used on the background card. The topper has been stamped in Distress Ink - Bundled Sage and then stamped again using Memento Ink - Rich Cocoa.Stamp second images in Bundled Sage and Rich Cocoa on another piece of cardstock and then punch out several circles using different size punches.Line them up with the stamped images and position them with foam tape giving a decoupaged effect.

On this card ,the image has been stamped and embossed with Clear Embossing Powder, then cut into three pieces, mounted onto black cardstock for that silhouette effect.Stamp second images and heat emboss with clear embossing powder, punch out several circles in different sizes, line them up with the stamped image and position with foam tape.
